Participation in the competition is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The organizer is: Coop Cooperative, Thiersteinerallee 12, 4053 Basel (hereinafter referred to as “Coop”). The competition will run from 15 April to 5 May 2024.
It is open to all residents of Switzerland or Liechtenstein aged 18 or over. Participants join the competition by downloading the WeNeed app at weneed.ch/win and logging into the app. Each new WeNeed account created between 15 April and 5 May 2024 is automatically entered into the prize draw for 10 Coop gift cards worth CHF 100 each.
A valid personal e-mail address is required in order to participate. Participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their information. Personal details are used exclusively for the purposes of the competition. Coop has the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of abuse, in particular if there is suspicion of improper influence or technical manipulation.
All participants have the chance to win a prize:

Winners will be drawn at random from all participants who have entered by 11.59 p.m. on 5 May 2024 and who have provided all the required information. Winners will be notified by post. If the winner does not respond to Coop's correspondence within 1 month, Coop is entitled to draw another winner. The prizes will be sent within 1 month of the end of the campaign.
The winners are determined independently, by a randomized, automatic draw. The result cannot be contested. The organizer is responsible for paying any gambling tax that may be due.
Coop and its partners reserve the right to terminate campaigns at any time and without giving reasons and/or to adjust the communicated rules, prizes, duration and general conditions.
The organizer's decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
Participants who have their personal data removed from the database must be aware of the fact that this excludes them from the competition. This can be done by contacting the organizer (kundendienst@coop.ch) with a copy of the participant's identity card and a scanned signature.
